Greg Geist, an employee at the MACH 1 Manufacturing facility in Kearney, Nebraska, died after being trapped in a laser cutting machine. According to WSAZ News Channel 3, the Kearney Police Department reached out to OSHA to see if the incident needs to be investigated further. MACH 1 Manufacturing, which Geist began after returning to Kearney, offers a variety of machining services, including water jet cutting, plasma cutting and CNC milling.
