DIY: Express yourself with a custom car horn

It's my Civic's tenth birthday this year, and I need to find her the perfect gift.

It's my Civic's tenth birthday this year, and I need to find her the perfect gift. She could probably use new tires and maybe a paint touchup, but I want to spoil her with something that will set her apart from all the other cars in the parking lot. Maybe I'll DIY her present by creating a custom-made set of horns to give my Honda a proper voice. All I have to do is follow the step-by-step instructions illustrated by YouTuber Mark Rober and Bob from the YouTube channel I Like To Make Stuff.  I wonder if I can program the horn to play the theme from "The Godfather"?
