I've spent hours and countless pieces of sand paper prepping outdoor fixtures for a fresh coat of paint. While I love buying new tools, my budget, and my cramped garage, can not accommodate a blast cabinet. But with a little ingenuity, you can create your own sand blaster for less than $10.
