As the video explains, teachers should reach out to other STEM teachers via technology and community boards to grow in their prospects of education. If teachers don’t consult each other, no one will learn better ways to teach students, and the U.S. will remain stagnant in science and math. Working as a team will not only be a good example for the students learning from the teacher, but will benefit the teacher immensely.
