Timken to acquire Nadella Group and American Roller Bearing Company

The Timken Company has acquired two businesses in one week.

The Timken Company has acquired two businesses in one week. The first, Nadella Group, is a European manufacturer of linear guides, telescopic rails, actuators and systems and other specialized industrial motion solutions. With this purchase, Timken hopes to enhance its industrial motion product portfolio. The second company to be acquired, American Roller Bearing Company (ARB), is a U.S. manufacturer of industrial bearings. ARB featured a team of 190 employees and boasted sales of $30 million in 2022, while Nadella Group employed 450 people and posted revenue of €100 million in 2022.

In a recent quote, Christopher A. Coughlin, Timken executive vice president and president of industrial motion, said, "Nadella will complement and scale our linear motion product portfolio and deliver strong synergies with our Rollon business. Nadella's differentiated solutions are custom engineered for premium applications in attractive and growing market sectors, including medical, food and beverage, packaging and automation. We also see significant growth opportunities for Nadella products in North America as part of Timken."
