Food manufacturer invests $4 million to expand operations in Tennessee

The expansion will include adding a second shift and additional space.

Corky’s Food Manufacturing, LLC has announced plans to expand manufacturing operations at its facility in Memphis, Tennessee. The company, which produces and distributes the retail food products of Corky’s BBQ, a leading restaurant in Memphis, will invest $4 million into the project, generating 28 new jobs for the surrounding area. The expansion will include adding a second shift and additional space. Some of the funds will be used to expand the freezer, acquire new smokers, and expand the processing and packing rooms.
