Westlake Pipe & Fittings will establish a new molecular-oriented polyvinyl chloride (PVCO) pipe plant at its existing manufacturing campus in Wichita Falls, Texas. The company, a division of Westlake Corporation that specializes in PVCO pipe and fittings, will open the new 190,000-square-foot facility by the end of the year.
