Invenergy begins construction on $30 million clean energy training and manufacturing facility in Illinois
Invenergy has begun construction on its Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The company, which produces sustainable energy solutions, will invest $30 million into the clean energy training and manufacturing facility. The new 135,000-square-foot plant will feature a machine shop, central warehouse, training center and learning lab, and a Generation Control Center (GCC) to monitor and control Invenergy’s energy generation assets. The project is expected to be completed later this year.
