ABB invests $100M to open industrial electric drive manufacturing campus in Wisconsin
ABB has opened a new campus in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The company, which specializes in electrification and automation, invested $100 million into the project, which is expected to increase U.S. production capacity of industrial electric drives and services. According to ABB, the new facility will feature a digital customer experience center and innovation lab, as well as a warehouse distribution center on the campus. The new campus will employ 700 workers, with an additional 100 new jobs being created over the next three years.
