O’Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) has announced plans to open a new facility in Kingsport, Tennessee. The company, which specializes in carbon steel and aluminum parts, will invest $8.5 million into the project, generating 29 new jobs for the surrounding area. The new plant will support medium- to heavy-gauge steel fabrication, including steel plate burning, machining, shot blasting and flattening.
