GoldenHome has opened a new custom cabinet manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas. The company, which specializes in integrated kitchen cabinets and customized home furnishings, has invested significantly in this 130,000-square-foot facility. The plant will employ around 100 staff members and, once fully operational, will be capable of producing up to 500 custom cabinets daily. The facility’s opening marks GoldenHome’s first manufacturing presence in North America.
The Dallas location was chosen for its skilled workforce, advanced infrastructure, and strategic position, which enables GoldenHome to efficiently serve the entire U.S. market. The facility incorporates intelligent manufacturing technology that automates key processes, including resource planning, cutting, edge banding, drilling, sorting, and packaging. These processes are monitored by a central control system to reduce human error and ensure precision across the production line.
Advanced equipment such as robotic arms, CNC drilling machines, edge banders, and electric saws are integrated into the production process to execute customized procedures. The facility also includes automated quality control, where each task is assigned a unique traceable code, allowing for digital tracking and storage of product information. Despite the automation, manual inspections will be conducted to maintain the highest quality standards, especially for customized products.
What people are saying
In a recent quote, Sean Zen Pan, CEO of GoldenHome, said, "The products coming out of this facility will be of the highest quality and level of customization unseen in the industry. We are setting a new global standard in manufacturing, right here in Dallas."
