Bauducco Foods has broken ground on a new facility in Pasco County, bringing hundreds of jobs and expanding its production capabilities in the U.S.

Bauducco Foods has broken ground on a new manufacturing and distribution facility in Zephyrhills, Florida. The company, which produces a wide range of baked goods including biscuits, wafers, and signature Panettones, has committed over $200 million to the project. The new facility, which will span 72 acres at the Zephyrhills Airport Industrial Park Ready Site, is expected to create approximately 600 new jobs in the Tampa Bay area, with 120 full-time positions opening during the first phase of the development.

The Zephyrhills facility will be developed in three phases, with the first phase expected to be operational by mid-2026, the second phase by 2028, and the third by 2030. The facility will leverage advanced production technologies to increase flexibility in manufacturing and enhance the company’s ability to introduce new products to the market. Bauducco will produce a variety of its products at this location, aimed at serving the growing U.S. demand for its baked goods.
