ALLTAPE invests $70M to build adhesive manufacturing facility in South Carolina
ALLTAPE Adhesive Manufacturing Inc. has announced plans to open a new adhesive manufacturing facility in Lexington County, South Carolina. The company, which specializes in developing and manufacturing sustainable, solvent-free adhesive products, is investing $70 million into the 125,000-square-foot facility, creating 130 new jobs. The plant will produce water-based adhesives used in a variety of industries, including automotive, transportation, foam, and plastics.
The new facility will be located in the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park, where the company plans to implement advanced manufacturing technologies to enhance its production capacity. Operations are scheduled to begin in July 2026. Additionally, the project has received support from the Coordinating Council for Economic Development, which approved job development credits for the project and awarded a $600,000 Set-Aside grant to assist with site preparation and building construction costs.
