How are workforce changes affecting your plant? We want to hear from you.

Jan. 3, 2017
Take the 2017 Plant Services workforce survey to share the steps your organization is taking to build effective teams and stay competitive

The industry is buzzing about how quickly the plant workforce has changed, and last year you told us all about them via the first annual Plant Services workforce survey.

You indicated that these changes are going beyond generational differences -- modern industrial facilities need to bring in workers with the right skill sets to keep up with advances in asset management technologies, and employers are drawing from a widely diverse set of applicants to build their teams.

This year's survey is designed to answer a simple question: What has changed? Specifically, what steps has your plant taken in the past 12 months to build effective teams and stay competitive?

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Full results will be made available to all interested survey respondents before wider publication in Plant Services magazine and on www.plantservices.com.

We're looking forward to hearing from you!
