Atlas Copco's compressed air monitoring program, Smartlink, gives customers and Atlas Copco 24/7 access to a web-based monitoring dashboard that can help facilities improve energy efficiency through predictive maintenance alerts and the identification of production inefficiencies.
Smartlink is easy to install and the monitoring dashboard is user-friendly and customizable. Data is gathered, compared and analyzed—providing customers with both a quick snapshot and a complete in-depth analysis of their air supply—and is fully customizable to fit a customer's data monitoring needs. When necessary, warning messages are sent to customers via text message and email. The program features three levels of service monitoring starting with a free service, and the option to add uptime and energy monitoring at a low monthly cost.
