Designed to automatically supply a small quantity of grease or oil to a single lubrication point on a regular basis, these lubricators help to increase machine reliability, improve employee safety and optimize maintenance operations.
Ready to use straight from the box, the Alemite 24/7 lubricators offer tool-free activation and setup, as well as simple and accurate adjustment of lubricant flow. These units feature a flexible dispense rate from one to 12 months and also are stoppable. Available with wide application and food grade greases, as well as medium-temperature oil, Alemite 24/7 lubricators also are offered in a custom-filled unit with the preferred lubricant as specified by the customer.
The versatile lubricators feature a transparent lubricant container for visual inspection, and their compact size enables installation in confined and difficult-to-access areas. Typical applications for the Alemite 24/7 lubricators include bearing housing lubrication, electric motors, fans, pumps, conveyors, cranes, chains, elevators and escalators.
